The hotel itself was ideal and fairly clean and the staff were VERY HELPFUL, it had unbeatable location conveniently in the centre of Pereira. Location: the venue was so close to the center of Pereira, about a block or two from the main Plaza Bolivar as well as the airport on time.

The staff, both at the reception and throughout the hotel, were incredibly friendly. The double room came with the option to choose from different types of pillows and had a clean bathroom. There were plenty of delicious options for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Pereira Cathedral.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a block from the main plaza and situated on a pedestrian mall, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including fast Wi-Fi. The staff, though they spoke little English, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the firm mattress and occasional noise from events, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its modernity, cleanliness, and overall value for money. we had a great experience at this hotel.

Absolutely perfect location close to the taxi on the main road. Main market, restaurants, and mall nearby. - Magnificent views around the city. - For tea or coffee, visit Tintto Tienda de Cafe nearby.

Stayed here for the weekend and overall had a good experience. the breakfast was delicious and included in the room price. the staff was friendly and willing to help, even with limited English. the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shops and stores. the WiFi worked great and there were no extra charges.
The room we had was a bit small, and the bathroom was smaller than expected. the street outside the hotel could be a bit noisy at night.

Excellent location in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants in the evenings. The breakfast provided by the hotel was simple but satisfying, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient transportation options with a bus terminal nearby and parking available.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The rooms were super comfy with lots of pillows and a clean bathroom. The location was jaw-dropping, with shopping streets just a few blocks away. The staff were mind-blowing, so professional and friendly, and the free water, coffee, and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. The WiFi was fast and stable, a real plus!

The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and fulfilling, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business trip, as it was close to the main business district and easily accessible. the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more enjoyable.
The noise levels were a bit high during the night, which made it difficult for me to get a good night’s rest. , the hotel lacked any notable additional amenities, such as a gym or pool, which would have enhanced my experience.

Staying in the heart of town was a great way to start my holiday. I had access to shops, restaurants, and the bus terminal within a walking distance. the room a good size and clean. the staff was helpful and accommodating, and made my daughter comfortable by moving us to a quieter room. the service was great, and they paid attention to details like offering to help with the luggage.
The breakfast was not satisfactory and lacked variety.
